As part of my Baby & Me Series is my postnatal Pilates classes called MamaLates. The MamaLates method is an OB/GYN and women’s health physio endorsed perinatal restorative, Pilates-based series. It focuses on alignment, stability and gently reclaiming your core. The best part is your baby is with you!
MamaLates classes are modified Alison Hogan Pilates exercises for postnatal mums. After having your baby you understand your body requires extra attention at this particular time.

As a mum of two children myself, I feel it is important that all mums feel comfortable and relaxed in postnatal Pilates classes. I have years of experience helping mums stay fit and healthy before, during and after childbirth. My specialised training along with my own postnatal journeys allows me to teach classes that deliver results.
The classes are very relaxed. Mums can feel free and comfortable to nurse, wind, feed and change their little ones during the class. But we will still get an energetic workout done! All the mums head downstairs for a coffee or some lunch afterwards. It is really nice relaxed social outlet getting to connect with each other outside class.
