What Classes are suitable for me?
If you are completely new to Pilates then my Fundamental classes are perfect for you. They are suitable for complete beginners, those recovering from injury or recently postnatal mums.
My goal is to teach you Pilates through my unique technique, Alison Hogan Pilates. You will learn to effectively use the 6 Principles of Pilates and see amazing results. With Alison Hogan Pilates you will achieve a strong, lean body with improved posture and vitality.
Getting started couldn’t be easier just follow these steps
STEP 1 Create an account & Register
In order to Book Classes at The Pilates Studio you must create your own account
You only have to do this once. It doesn’t take long, just a few small details.
STEP 2 Book a class
Once you’re registered, choose the date of the next series of Classes and pick the class day & time you would like to book.
STEP 3 Download our APP
STEP 4 Always Connected
Receive The Pilates Studio news, alerts of new class additions, class reminders along with email receipts & booking confirmations.
